We know you work hard to earn the trust and business of your clients and we want to work hard to earn your trust and business from you.  As your Property Management partner, it is our mission to help position you and your business as a one-stop-shop for all things real estate related including Property Management.  That means if that your client suggests they are in the market for additional investment properties, we will immediately refer them back out to you for your services.  That will always be the same for when it is time for them to sell.  Your referral, your listing…. Guaranteed.

* Guarantee assumes that referring agent holds an active real estate license in the State of Arizona at the time the client referred plans to purchase or list a property.  If the referring agent holds an active license in a State other than Arizona than they will be paid a 25% referral fee based off the gross commission income
